We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce an important new feature on our e-commerce platform that will enhance our ongoing collaboration.

Effective January 22, 2024, we are introducing a new feature that allows for a more efficient process when submitting your FMF Contractor’s Certification and Agreement with DSCA (CCA). This update eliminates the need for mailing physical documents(the current process), as you will now be able to upload the CCA directly onto our platform.

Key Feature Details:

• Upload Location: You can upload the CCA in the Purchase Order (PO) section or alongside your awarded Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Document Signature: The CCA must be digitally signed. Accepted e-signature tools include the DoD ECA Medium Token, DocuSign, among others which adequately provide the identity of the signatory .
